Everyone's favourite summertime melon makes an amazing lemonade! This refreshing sugar-free watermelon lemonade is sweetened with 0-calorie Monkfruit, making it an ideal summer thirst-quencher for both adults and kids!

watermelon cubes,
roughly chopped

0-calorie Monkfruit sweetener

cold water,

Instructions
Remove the rind from half a large watermelon. Coarsely chop the flesh and transfer it to a blender container.
Remove the peel and seeds from the lemons and add the fruit to the blender with the watermelon.
Add 1 cup cold water (or more) to the blender to help it start blending the fruit.
Add the Monkfruit to the blender and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture through a sieve to strain the solids.
Chill the lemonade or serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slices or a sprig of fresh mint.
Notes
Adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste.
